Welcome!

How long do I grill a Ribeye Steak? Not that long! But that’s me! I tend to like my Ribeye steaks high quality and on the rare side. However, not everyone in our team likes their steak as bloody as I do so we’re developing a website of the best ways to grill a ribeye to perfection. Since not everyone defines a perfect ribeye the same way, we are going to be descriptive with temperatures, times and recipes. There are some basic guidelines and the most effective way to be perfect is with a food thermometer. Temperature for Medium Rare is approximately 130 degrees in the center. Medium is approximately 145 degrees in the center and well-done is approximately 165 degrees in the center. For our ribeye steaks, we prefer high heat and fast cooking. However, we will explore various methods and techniques as we build out our website. While we’re working on the perfect ribeye content, we will review some other great resources on the web. If you’re cooking a ribeye, chances are you are not eating only steak. We’re going to find recipes, marinades, barbeque sauces, great grills and side dishes that make your ribeye steak meal as good as you want it to be. If you have tips for us and the rest of the world, let us know and we’ll post them on the website. We look forward to hearing from you!
